Kanon KOBAYASHI Biography

Kanon Kobayashi was the First Prize winner at both the 2009 All-Japan Student Violin Competition and the 2009 Senzoku Junior Music competition. She was also a semifinalist in the 2007 Il Piccolo violino Magico competition, held in Italy, where she won the “Special Prize” and the “Frignani Award.”

Kanon began her violin studies at the TOHO Gakuen School of Music (junior department) when she was six years old where she has been under the guidance of Mami Teshigawara.
